The Bishvili program was set up in order to help young adults at a low to medium level of risk.
People who, without intervention and accompaniment – will likely not fulfill their personal potential. This is what Rachel does for us. Rachel, originally trained as a social worker, will provide you with personal accompaniment, but it’s entirely up to you! Together with her you will build a personal work program according to your needs and desires, and you will also actually realize it.
If you grew up in a family which is known to social services, dropped out of school or didn’t complete 12 years of education, if you’re lacking a familial and social support system, went to a boarding school, if you’re known to the police for light felonies, or if you’re dealing with poverty, debt and an inability to stay at work for long – we are here for you!
As part of the program we will provide you with support in a variety of fields: financial and legal management, professional education and training, occupational consulting, leisure, culture and social involvement, both individually and in groups through workshops, courses and social events.
In addition, Rachel coordinates the “Attached” forum: a round table meant for all organizations dealing with this field in Jerusalem in order to create cooperation between those organizations and create an urban policy on the matter.
